Cancellation Policy

1. In the event that your trek remains incomplete or uninitiated due to force majeure, a medical emergency, or by personal choice after arriving at the starting point, you will not be eligible for a refund, reschedule, or replacement of any unutilized services.
2. To cancel any package or tour, it is mandatory to notify us immediately via a phone call. The cancellation process will only be initiated upon receiving a cancellation call from you.
3. In case of a refund after cancellation, a processing fee of 2.5% of the total amount will be charged.
